Role Overview The Business Development Director will drive growth for our Corporate and Fund Services business across the United States, cultivating new opportunities and expanding relationships with multinational corporates and alternative asset managers, including real estate, private equity SPVs, and investment funds. This role leads strategic market development, sources and closes new business, manages key client and intermediary relationships, and supports the delivery of high-quality service. The Director will collaborate closely with the local team, contribute to revenue targets, and represent the firm at industry events. Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years of relevant experience, strong industry networks, deep knowledge of US and international RE/PE structures, and an entrepreneurial, client-focused approach. Travel within the US and internationally may be required.
