Property Accountant – Real Estate Portfolio (up to $85,000)
We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to oversee accounting for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This role is based in‑office in Boston and will join a collaborative, tight‑knit team.
Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle accounting functions, including general ledger work, journal entries, AP/AR, month‑end close, and financial statement preparation.
Proficiency in AppFolio and Excel is essential.
Maintain timely and accurate financial reporting for all properties.
Qualifications
At least three years of property accounting experience.
