In the role of
Sr. Distributor Sales Executive , working in
New Brunswick or remotely in Central or North, NJ , you will be part of the
East Region Sales Team . This position reports to
General Manager – Sales
and works closely with the distributor and key accounts. What You’ll Be Brewing Drive customer- and solution-based selling with Distributors
Accountable for volume, profit, and share performance at assigned distributor
Understand brand programming and communicate it to distributors specifically
Provide expertise and leadership on portfolio management strategies, brand priorities and programs, sales strategies, go-to-market pricing strategies, and chain selling/execution
Direct and collaborate with assigned distributors on development of the annual distributor business plan
Accountable for the analysis, segmentation, and development of target account list and own the implementation of the strategy within assigned distributors
Regular in-market work with a schedule to evaluate effectiveness of plan implementation and identify retail volume/profit opportunities
Education:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent experience
Experience:
You have 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods or with large, complex retail accounts
Travel:
You have the ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market or territory, and occasionally outside the territory for meetings, trainings, and events
Problem solving and delivery:
You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of business priorities

You build relationships and collaborate to achieve the desired outcome
