Summary of Position

The restaurant manager will work alongside the GM to lead our team by example – especially by maintaining a positive attitude and demonstrating strong customer service skills.

Job Qualifications

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
• The ability to hire, coach and develop employees in order to build a strong, cohesive working team and team atmosphere
• An outgoing, customer‑focused personality. The person in this position will be interacting with our guests to ensure we’re providing world‑class service and food, and also taking steps to address any complaints in a timely, appropriate manner.
• Strong computer and POS skills

Other Qualifications For This Hands‑on Position Include

• Maintaining a high ratio of return customers by ensuring excellent service
• Practicing and maintaining safety for both our guests and employees
• Helping team members develop and acquire greater work skill
• Supporting our GM executing marketing programs to meet/exceed sales targets
• Maintaining open communication with the General Manager
• Managing orders, inventory, scheduling, and staffing
• Coaching employees in all aspects of sales
• Ability to work well with others
• Some experience working in a fine dining establishment also preferred
