Clinical Role • Coverage: 1/19/26 - Ongoing Need• No clinic at this time• Provider will take call with surgery + scheduled surgery on call days• Warm handoff provided between providers• Expected schedule: 5-7 days of call per month• Call coverage may be Monday-Sunday• Assigned Patients• Phone Consults: 5• 30-minute call response time required• Call Patients Seen: 3• Trauma Level II• EMR: Epic
Practice Setting• Hospital• Call + operative responsibilities• Adult patient population
Required Duties / Procedures• All standard Urology call procedures• Surgical coverage on call days
Requirements• Board Certified in Urology - Required• Fellowship Required• Active WA License - Required• IMLC Accepted• ABLS, BLS, PALS - Required
