A prominent healthcare facility in New Jersey is currently seeking a Breast Imaging Radiologist to join its expanding team. This full-time position is based in a hospital setting and requires a professional with a strong background in breast imaging and related procedures.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 4pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Conducting breast imaging and biopsies, including stereotactic, MRI, and ultrasound procedures
- Performing iodine seed localizations
- Implementing and interpreting tomosynthesis (3-D imaging)
- Utilizing AGFA PACS and PowerScribe systems
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive breast care services
Qualifications:
- MD/DO with fellowship in Breast Imaging
- Board Eligible / Certified in Radiology from an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency
- Proficiency with Breast Imaging techniques
- Competence in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology procedures
- Familiarity with PACS and voice recognition systems
- Strong communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- High attention to detail
