Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Stibo Data Architect with deep expertise in Business Partner Data Cloud and extensive experience designing and implementing end-to-end master data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Stibo Systems’ product capabilities, particularly in the context of integrations within enterprise data ecosystems, including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will play a key role in designing and implementing data governance, data modeling, and integration strategies, ensuring seamless data flows across business functions. This role requires hands‑on experience in multiple master data and data cloud projects, working with cross‑functional teams to drive best practices in data management and solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the solution architecture and implementation strategy for Stibo STEP MDM, focusing on Business Partner Data Cloud and its integration with enterprise applications such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, CRM, and other third‑party systems.
- Design data models, workflows, governance frameworks, and integration patterns for master data management (MDM) solutions using Stibo.
- Define best practices for data stewardship, data quality, and data lifecycle management within an MDM and Data Cloud environment.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, solution design, and implementation strategies that align with industry standards and business needs.
- Ensure data harmonization and consolidation across multiple platforms, enhancing data consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Support data migration and transformation efforts, leveraging expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Provide guidance on API integrations, ETL processes, and data pipelines to enable seamless data flow across systems.
- Work with cross‑functional teams, including Data Governance, IT, and Business Analysts, to establish robust data governance and stewardship frameworks.
- Conduct architectural assessments and make recommendations for scalability, performance optimization, and risk mitigation.
- Support the deployment, testing, and validation of Stibo‑based solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience working with Stibo STEP MDM in an architectural or technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Business Partner Data Cloud and its integration with enterprise applications.
- Proven track record of leading multiple Master Data Management (MDM) / Data Cloud projects across complex enterprise landscapes.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data modeling, and metadata management principles.
- Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and enterprise application integrations, including data synchronization and harmonization strategies.
- Hands‑on experience with API‑based integrations, ETL tools, and data pipeline orchestration in a hybrid cloud/on‑prem environment.
- Ability to assess, design, and optimize MDM workflows, data quality rules, and business processes.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to navigate complex data challenges in a structured manner.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cloud‑based MDM platforms and data lake/data warehouse integration.
- Exposure to AI/ML‑driven data quality enhancements and data enrichment solutions.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks affecting master data (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Certification in Stibo STEP MDM or related data management platforms is a plus.
- Experience with big data technologies and modern data architectures.
