Terrakotta (YC W24)
We’re looking for a senior full stack engineer to grow out our team! We’re putting a premium on raw ambition and scrappiness. We’re looking for someone who wants to ship fast, learn faster, and leave a visible dent in the product every day.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and ship features end-to-end: from backend pipelines to frontend UX.
- Build tools that CRE brokers use everyday.
- Maintain a clean codebase while operating at startup speed.
- Collaborate directly with the founders.
- Own decisions. Move fast. Push code that touches revenue.
You Might Be a Fit If You
- Love shipping quickly with tight feedback loops.
- Have strong opinions on how to build scalable APIs and clean UIs—but can flex when needed.
- Think in systems and are allergic to unnecessary complexity.
- Want to work closely with founders, not buried in ticket systems.
