We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Full-Stack Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modernizing enterprise applications, building robust backend services, and creating intuitive user interfaces. This role requires a full-stack approach, working with both legacy and modern technologies, and a strong focus on DevSecOps practices to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Frontend

  • Experience with legacy frameworks such as Java Server Faces (JSF) , Spring MVC , and Spring Web Flow .
  • A strong understanding of human-centered design for modernizing mobile and web user interfaces.
  • Extensive experience with Java (OpenJDK 11/17) and the Spring Boot framework.
  • Deep knowledge of ORM frameworks like Hibernate and MyBatis .
  • Proven experience developing and consuming SOAP and REST APIs .

Middleware & Databases

  • Experience with messaging systems, including ActiveMQ , IBM MQ , or Kafka (AWS MSK) .
  • Familiarity with application servers like WebLogic or Tomcat .
  • Strong database skills with Aurora PostgreSQL and a solid understanding of Oracle .
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, including AWS EKS and Docker containers.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins , Maven , and Git repositories.
  • Experience working within an integrated CI/CD pipeline.

Security

  • Knowledge of security concepts including OKTA , PIV card authentication , JWT tokens , and TLS/SSL .
