The Assistant General Counsel will play a key role in supporting the firm's legal operations, with a focus on commercial transactions, project finance, and project development. This individual will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to structure, negotiate, and execute complex agreements that drive the firm's growth in the renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including power purchase agreements (PPAs), EPC agreements, and service contracts. Lead legal support for project financing transactions, including debt and equity investments, tax equity structures, and joint ventures. Advise on legal risks and mitigation strategies across the firm's development and operational activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, finance, and asset management. Manage relationships with outside counsel and ensure alignment with business objectives. Support corporate governance and compliance initiatives as needed. Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a strong background in commercial transactions, project finance and project development Experience in the renewable energy, infrastructure, or investment sectors preferred. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
