The Role We're seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Consultant with 3‑5 years of industry experience to join our growing team in our Pleasanton, CA office. This role balances experience implementing EHS programs across a wide variety of industries while developing project management expertise. You'll manage EHS consulting projects, solve complex EHS compliance issues and serve as a mentor to junior specialists.

What You'll Do

Manage EHS projects for our clients providing exceptional client service while maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Prepare reports for our clients to guide them on regulations designed by EPA, DTSC, local CUPAs, Fire departments, Water boards and other federal, state and local government agencies.

Assist with permitting requirements and documentation (air quality, wastewater, Tiered Permitting, storm water, etc.).

Conduct training for employees of client companies.

Provide ongoing compliance support to clients.

Provide various other support activities to assist with their compliance efforts.

What You Bring

3‑5 years of experience in environmental consulting or related industry.

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).

The ability to work independently and lead a project team.

High attention to detail and strong project management skills.

A personable demeanor and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Comfortable conducting trainings to groups of 10‑40 people (10% of the job).

Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.

Computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
