Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations, including FP&A, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury

Lead finance teams, establish reporting cadence, and enhance processes, controls, and systems
Provide strategic insights to support growth, M&A evaluation, and SaaS-related revenue initiatives
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, contributing to long-term planning
Qualifications
Current CFO at a high-growth, PE-backed company under $100M in revenue
Minimum 3-year tenure as CFO in the same company with a stable career track
Experience in service, tech-enabled service, or SaaS industries
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has deep PE partnership experience and thrives in a value-creation environment
