About This Opportunity Join our dynamic team and lead one of the most significant technology transformations in our organization's history! We're seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to drive the successful adoption of our SAP ERP implementation. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to SAP ERP transformation

Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage engagement plans across business units and geographies

Lead the design and delivery of communication campaigns to build awareness and alignment

Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to assess change impacts and develop mitigation strategies

Partner with training teams to design and deliver SAP-specific enablement programs, including role-based training and job aids

Establish and monitor change adoption metrics, readiness assessments, and feedback loops

Identify and manage resistance to change, providing coaching and support to leaders and change agents

Ensure alignment between change management activities and overall program milestones

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business administration, or related field

8+ years of experience in change management, with at least 3 years supporting SAP ERP implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC)

Certification in Change Management (e.g., PMP, Prosci, ADKAR) strongly preferred

Strong understanding of SAP modules and their impact on business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR)

Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

Experience working in cross-functional, global, and matrixed environments

Preferred Skills

Master's degree or MBA

Experience with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Enable Now or similar tools

Familiarity with digital adoption platforms and LMS systems
