Lead AV projects, including new installations, upgrades, and integrations. Develop and enforce global A/V standards, best practices, and documentation. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend scalable solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality technical solutions. Mentor junior team members and support functional analysis for M&A initiatives.

Provide Tier 3 support for Cisco Call Manager, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Crestron, and AV‑over‑IP solutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
5‑8 years of experience with software package configuration (application development a plus).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices.
Expertise with Cisco Call Manager, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Crestron, and AV‑over‑IP.
Strong understanding of AV networking and integration with IT infrastructure.
Relevant certifications (CTS, Crestron, Cisco, Microsoft) preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and agile‑workstyle skills.
