Tax Senior / Tax Manager
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Base Pay Range $80,000 - $130,000 per year (including potential bonuses).
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Senior or Tax Manager to join our team. This role provides the opportunity to lead complex tax engagements for clients in oil and gas, construction, and real estate, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to the strategic growth of our firm.
Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize client tax exposure and maximize financial opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, providing guidance on complex tax issues.
Research and interpret tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and identifying planning opportunities.
Mentor and supervise junior staff, providing training and development opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate accounting, tax, and cash flow strategies for clients.
Qualifications
CPA designation required.
5 to 8+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally in public accounting or professional services.
Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations, including planning and compliance for partnerships, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead a team effectively.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience working with clients in oil and gas, construction, and real estate is a strong plus.
