Base Pay Range
$37.00/hr - $45.00/hr
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Compliance Database Administrator in Westborough, MA. Duties Include:
Manage and maintain various customer compliance and qualification platforms
Ensure all required documentation is accurate, current, and uploaded on time
Oversee renewals and updates for compliance databases
Validate active compliance relationships to optimize costs
Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Sales, Operations) to meet customer‑specific compliance obligations
Prepare for and support customer safety and compliance audits
Generate compliance reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders
Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure documentation meets customer requirements
Assign and track required compliance training for employees
Maintain accurate compliance records for audit readiness
Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding compliance updates and requirements
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Experience managing compliance programs or platforms
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to collaborate across multiple departments
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with compliance systems and standards (preferred)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
