Salesforce Full Stack Developer

Job Ref: 43957 – 65038
Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
Location: Hybrid – Hartford, CT 06105
Pay Rate: $60.00 (W2) or $68.00 (INC) per hour
Work Schedule: Full‑time, 40 hrs, Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM
Local candidates only – onsite 1–2 days per week.
Responsibilities
Participate in SDLC processes including requirement verification, design, development, testing, maintenance, and support of existing and new Salesforce applications.
Develop custom Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and associated back‑end logic.
Provide analysis to integrate external applications.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with System Integrator to transfer knowledge and ensure ongoing maintenance for the new CT‑KIND system.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex OOP and design patterns.
Experience with Salesforce APEX, Lightning pages, Visualforce, OOP, CRUD, SOQL, and configuration.
Advanced understanding of Salesforce development (OOP, Design Patterns).
Ability to analyze requirements and integrate applications.
Experience with .NET OOP and SOA (preferred).
SQL proficiency.
End‑to‑end web development skills.
Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks is preferred.
Strong abstract thinking, problem‑solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
Self‑starter, proactive, self‑directed, organized.
Other Requirements
Very organized, proactive, self‑directed.
Self‑starter and driven, able to work from requirements through implementation.
Strong abstract thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
