We are hiring a
Director of Hotel Operations
to oversee multiple hotels within our branded, select-service, economy, and lifestyle portfolio. This leadership role is ideal for a hands‑on, results‑driven professional with multi‑property management experience and a passion for developing people, driving performance, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor General Managers and hotel leadership teams.
Participate in the selection, onboarding, and development of property leadership.
Develop and implement operational policies and systems to optimize efficiency and service quality.
Oversee financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, AR management, and revenue optimization.
Ensure brand QA compliance and operational excellence across all hotels.
Conduct regular property visits to assess performance and support on‑site teams.
Deliver timely reports to the Executive Team and ensure clear, consistent communication.
Collaborate with Human Resources on personnel issues and compliance with labor laws.
Identify new business opportunities and recommend operational or capital improvements.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional guest service.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hotel industry experience; General Manager experience required.
Multi‑unit or regional operations experience strongly preferred.
Marriott, Hilton, or Best Western experience a plus.
Proven success in sales and revenue management.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Motivated, results‑driven, and adaptable.
Willingness to travel 25% or more, including weekends and holidays as needed.
