Key Functions
Manage day‑to‑day internal communication & process; provide crystal clarity through briefs, status reports, and project plans.
Create plans, scope, manage budgets, organize/communicate tasks, and maintain schedules defining activities, deliverables, dependencies, effort, timing and staff needs.
Ensure strategic, on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
Be the ultimate accountability point for quality, providing feedback before client presentation and proactively finding solutions.
Act as escalation point and problem‑solver for challenges.
Guide the Account Director on scope creep and change orders.
Ideal Candidate
3+ years managing fully integrated marketing campaigns from kickoff to flight.
Experience with at least two disciplines: paid media, website builds, creative campaigns, or lead‑gen programs.
Passion for crafting enjoyable experiences and a best‑in‑class client and agency experience.
Strong accountability and drive outcomes.
Strategic thinker who asks "why" and makes business decisions – a true problem‑solver.
Organized, able to keep diverse teams on track.
Positive attitude and persistence in overcoming challenges.
Team player, contributes to internal initiatives, shares knowledge, and promotes agency expertise.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $95,000 USD, based on experience, education, skill set, and interview performance.
