Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area for a Contracts Program Manager within the Special Projects Department. The individual in this role will oversee and manage contract life cycles, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, drafting and reviewing contracts, monitoring contract performance, and implementing improvements to contract management processes. The role requires an individual who can efficiently handle multiple projects, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to mission-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

Contract management, negotiation, and drafting skills

Strong organizational and project management abilities to oversee multiple tasks and deadlines

Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance related to contracts

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficient in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field

Prior experience in contract management or related roles

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and align with the values and mission of the Church
