Office Hybrid Schedule
Redwood City, CA: Mondays (in‑office for stand‑ups, all‑hands) and choice of three days between Tues‑Friday
Chicago, IL & New York, NY: 4 days in‑office; 1 day remote
About the role As Attain continues expanding integrations with major holding companies and their centralized data infrastructures, the Vice President of Agency Partnerships becomes a critical leader responsible for driving adoption, alignment and long‑term success across agency networks. This leader will serve as a senior ambassador to holding companies—guiding enterprise adoption, stewarding data deployment, shaping partnership strategy and enabling seamless cross‑agency collaboration. You’ll work closely as a counterpart to an existing VP of Agency Partnerships, as we scale the strong foundation to expand across additional holding companies.
You are someone who has not only executed a partnership playbook; you’ve helped establish one. You deeply understand the data ecosystem, the complexity of holding company structures and the dynamics required to influence enterprise‑level adoption. You will represent Attain as the senior subject‑matter expert and internal advocate for the needs of agency networks and brands.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of experience in agency sales leadership, holding company partnerships, data strategy or enterprise sales
Demonstrated ability to manage C‑suite or SVP‑level relationships within large agency networks
Deep sales experience and compelling fluency in the advertising and data ecosystem including data feeds, insights, measurement and audience solutions
Proven success scaling adoption of data or technology solutions across complex multi‑agency environments
Experience developing partnership playbooks, go‑to‑market strategies and repeatable frameworks for enterprise deployment
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external senior stakeholders
Experience partnering cross‑functionally with product, sales, partnerships and client service teams
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on operational excellence especially in high‑growth environments
What a typical week might look like
Lead executive‑level conversations with holding companies and agency networks to drive adoption and deepen enterprise level engagement with Attain and our products
Serve as a senior thought leader on agency partnerships, advising internal sales teams on data strategy and brand engagement
Act as the primary ambassador for holding‑company‑wide initiatives, ensuring alignment between Attain’s strategic priorities and agency needs
Manage planning and execution for QBRs, summits, strategic workshops and ongoing partnership operations
Partner with Sales, Leadership, Client Services and Product teams to guide data feed deployment and ensure successful enterprise activation
Provide insights to influence product roadmap development and ensure alignment with agency and brand requirements
Coach internal teams on best practices for managing and growing enterprise agency relationships
Evolve the Agency Partnerships team structure, RACIs and ways of working as the function scales

Deepen and expand executive‑level relationships across agency networks to accelerate brand‑level adoption and new business
Guide large‑scale data feed deployment workflows and refine best practices for enterprise delivery
Influence organizational alignment across Sales, Client Services, Product and Leadership through agency‑driven insights and strategy
Shape the go‑to‑market approach for data‑driven solutions including emerging product offerings
Contribute meaningfully to the product roadmap with insights grounded in real holding company needs
Accelerate revenue growth by aligning Attain’s sales narrative and solutions with agency decision‑making processes
