Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Med‑Surg Registered Nurse to join a nighttime care team, providing high‑quality nursing support in a fast‑paced acute care environment. This role requires a dependable and clinically strong RN who is comfortable working independently, assessing patient needs, and delivering evidence‑based care throughout the night shift. Candidates must be committed to working NOC shifts, as only those willing to work nights will be considered.
Responsibilities
Deliver patient‑centered Med‑Surg nursing care on the night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately using the CPSI/Evident EMR system
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with clinical standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support patient recovery and safety
Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
Uphold high standards of professionalism and communication
Requirements
Active California RN license (must be current)
Minimum 3 years of Med‑Surg experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Negative TB screen within 12 months of contract start
Ability and willingness to work NOC shifts only
Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills

Hours: 36 hours per week guaranteed
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Holiday Coverage: Yes
Bilingual: Not required
