Cardiac Cath Lab Radiology Technologist PRN
Hourly Wage Estimate: $62.20 – $73.26 per hour.
Job Summary. The Radiologic Technologist – CCL reports directly to the Manager of Cardiac Services and delivers high‑quality patient care while producing diagnostic radiographs and angiography. Utilizes specialized knowledge and skills to perform technical aspects of procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. Acts as a resource for physicians and staff regarding proper use of radiological equipment and specialized supplies in the Cath Lab.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic radiographs and angiography within the Cardiac Cath Lab.
Utilize specialized knowledge and skills for technical aspects of procedures.
Act as a resource for physicians and staff regarding equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
Currently registered through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Certified by the State of California (CRT).
Hold a current California fluoroscopy permit.
Hold current BLS and ACLS provider cards.
Minimum one year of Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology experience.
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist within 18 months of hire desired.
Advanced ECG interpretation skills within three months of hire.
Successful completion of departmental hemodynamic recording competency within three months.
