Dizario Search is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer who can take ownership of equipment design, optimization, and reliability while partnering closely with operations, quality, and reliability teams. Our client offers a competitive base salary, bonus, and PTO plan. This role is open for relocation and our client offers a full relocation package for this position.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and optimization of high-speed mechanical systems to improve performance, safety, cost, and reliability.
Technical liaison for motion systems, rotating equipment, vibration, and machine dynamics.
Oversee capital projects including equipment upgrades, new installations, and technology integrations.
Partner cross-functionally with internal engineering teams on projects to enhance machinery and production process.
Support plant teams with troubleshooting, training, documentation, and root cause analysis for complex mechanical failures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of mechanical engineering experience in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to execute design changes and troubleshoot electro‑mechanical systems with minimal production disruption.
Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and standard engineering analysis tools.
