Responsibilities
Review and process incoming orders (manual and EDI) by checking against our current inventory levels and warehouses.
Work closely with the Sales Team and Logistics to make sure orders are entered promptly and accurately and to make necessary changes or request extensions.
Check all orders to ensure accuracy of price, case pack configuration, ship dates etc.
Manage the customer database in OODLE and update customer Master sheets.
Requirements
Proficient in processing orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth flow from order receipt to fulfillment
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
Proficient in Excel/Pivot Tables/VLOOKUPs
Experience with EDI order processing preferred
Prior knowledge of Amazon VC, Walmart Retail Link and SPS Commerce a plus
