Seeking a skilled Oracle EPM Consultant who specializes in developing advanced business analytics and tailored solutions using Oracle EPM technologies. This on-site role centers around leveraging both on-premises and SaaS (PBCS, HPCM) EPM platforms—including Essbase, Hyperion Planning, and Data Relationship Management (DRM).

U.S. Hiring Range in USD from $33.94 to $67.88 per hour; $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement advanced business analytics solutions using Oracle Essbase, Hyperion Planning, FDMEE, DRM, and related technologies.
Build and customize complex business rules, calculation scripts, and reporting frameworks to address unique business requirements.
Develop integrations and automated processes between EPM applications and other enterprise systems, leveraging MS SQL, PowerShell, and/or Python where appropriate.
Work closely with business users to gather requirements, provide data-driven insights, and translate business goals into robust, actionable EPM solutions.
Support and enhance reporting capabilities, including SmartView reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analytic tools.
Provide subject matter expertise and troubleshooting support for EPM platforms, with a focus on optimizing system performance and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to foster data governance and maintain metadata accuracy using DRM.
Deliver end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to drive adoption of analytics solutions.
Stay current on Oracle EPM best practices, analytics trends, and related technologies.
Assist with system upgrades and migrations as needed (experience with upgrades is a plus, but not the primary responsibility).
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience delivering customized solutions with Oracle EPM products (Essbase, Hyperion Planning, DRM, PBCS/HPCM).
Extensive technical experience with calculation scripts, business rules, and use of Calc Manager.
Proven expertise creating analytical reports, dashboards, and custom solutions in EPM environments.
Proficiency with MS SQL Server for data integration, preparation, and transformation.
Strong hands‑on experience with SmartView for both reporting and user support.
Demonstrated ability to design and automate business processes using scripting (PowerShell and/or Python experience is desirable).
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to gathering requirements and translating them into solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Financial services industry background preferred.
Preferred Skills
Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python for automation and process improvement.
Experience supporting or managing EPM system upgrades.
Oracle certification in EPM, Essbase, Hyperion, or related technologies.
Familiarity with data integration tools (such as FDMEE).
Knowledge of financial and regulatory best practices.
Agile or PMP certification is a plus.
Location Position will be onsite at client in Purchase, NY.
