Engineering Manager – Piper Companies (Full-time)

Research Triangle Park, NC.
Seniority level:
Mid‑Senior. This position requires onsite presence 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
Design, release, and maintain software features.
Recommend best practices for technical issues.
Act as delivery lead: backlog management, sprint planning, and feature refinement.
Examine and evaluate code with the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
7+ years of professional software development experience.
Extensive experience in .Net Core, C#, Agile, Azure, and SDLC.
Strong leadership skills in mentoring, facilitating code reviews, and developing technical talent.
AZ 900 and AZ 204 certifications (preferred).
Hybrid work environment – 3 days onsite in Research Triangle Park.
Compensation
$120,000 – $160,000 annually.
