Overview
Full-time Director of Rehabilitation - COTA at Functional Pathways. Location: Otterbein Maineville SeniorLife Community, Maineville, OH. The role supports the RM, RVP, and Operations Team to ensure the efficient operation of the facility rehab department and serves as the liaison between Functional Pathways, the facility, and rehab staff. Responsibilities
Coordinate and integrate care within the facility rehab department. Serve as the liaison between Functional Pathways, the facility, and rehab staff. Provide leadership and supervision with comprehensive management and organizational skills. Ensure accurate and timely documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being and care continuity. Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Active state license and all applicable state and national certification/licensure requirements. Completion of required screenings and licensure; requirements may vary by location. Two years of clinical experience preferred, with geriatric care experience. Management experience in a skilled setting preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Competence in maintaining accurate and timely documentation. Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
