We’re seeking an experienced
Sr. R&D Engineer
to join a
growing medical device team
focused on
catheter-based products . This role offers a unique opportunity to work on
innovative devices
that improve patient outcomes while driving
hands‑on product development
from concept through commercialization.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the design, prototyping, and testing of
catheter-based devices
Develop and execute
design verification and validation plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize
manufacturing processes
Support
process improvements and scale‑up
activities
Apply
design controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance
in a fast‑paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years in
R&D engineering
in medical devices or other regulated environments
Experience with
catheter devices or combination drug-device products
Strong knowledge of
design controls, FDA/QSR/ISO compliance, and GMP practices
Hands‑on experience with
prototyping, testing, and data analysis
Comfortable leading
full product life cycle
from design through commercialization
