Specialty Leasing Manager
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii, United States of America.
About the Role As a CBRE Specialty Leasing Manager, you will manage a variety of financial activities for a large market to drive financial performance and client satisfaction.
This job is part of the Property Management job function, responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
What You’ll Do
Perform, coordinate, and supervise various regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions.
Act as a liaison between field management staff, client accounting services, and management.
Oversee preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects. Manage coding and processing of vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables.
Review and monitor data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other business metrics. Evaluate income and expense trends to identify opportunities to improve profitability.
Schedule internal compliance reviews, report outcomes, and work with management to improve operational compliance.
Provide customer service support to internal and external clients for complex inquiries and questions.
Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
Have broad knowledge of your own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values; may convince to reach an agreement.
Impact the quality of your own work and the work of others on the team.
Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
Ability to analyze potential solutions using technical experience and apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Salary Minimum salary $70,000 annually; maximum salary $83,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications; discretionary bonus may apply.
