Global Procurement Operations Lead
to drive the evolution of its procurement function across the US, Europe, and APAC. This is a high-visibility role shaping how a world‑class organization manages spend, processes, data, and systems on a global scale.

Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Location:
Chicago (4–5 days/week onsite)
Relocation available for out‑of‑state candidates
Compensation:
$160k- $200K base + 20–30% bonus + extensive benefits and onsite perks
As the Global Procurement Operations Lead, you will:
Lead and develop a distributed procurement operations team across multiple regions and time zones.
Serve as the
global process owner
for procurement‑owned S2P workflows.
Partner closely with Finance (key stakeholder), AP, Legal, Technology, and Sourcing.
Ensure alignment, accountability, and operational excellence across global teams.
Operational Excellence
Oversee seamless end‑to‑end procurement operations, including purchasing, approvals, and payments.
Establish simplified, consistent global workflows while allowing for regional flexibility.
Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder experience.
Transformation & Automation
Lead global transformation initiatives, including automation, workflow redesign, and modernization of procurement processes.
Evaluate and implement tools to increase speed, transparency, and data quality.
AI/automation experience is a
nice‑to‑have , not required.
Coupa experience highly advantageous.
Data Integrity & Reporting
Strengthen data quality, integrity, and visibility across procurement systems.
Develop dashboards, insights, and analytics to drive smarter decision‑making.
Collaborate with data/tech teams to enhance spend visibility and supplier performance reporting.
Cross‑Functional Partnership
Act as the primary operational liaison between Procurement and the broader business.
Partner closely with Finance, AP, Legal, Tech, and regional procurement leads.
Represent Procurement Operations in key governance and transformation forums.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, operations, or related field.
10+ years of procurement, supply chain, or finance operations experience , including
3+ years in leadership .
Proven success managing global teams across multiple regions/time zones.
Experience with large‑scale process transformation, standardisation, or automation.
Strong understanding of S2P processes and financial controls.
Systems‑oriented mindset; Coupa, Databricks, or similar tools are a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management — particularly with
Finance .
