Join Pernod Ricard as the Senior Director of Regional Procurement for North America. Report to the head of procurement for the Americas while working closely with trade marketing, brand marketing, sales, operations, logistics, and finance teams.

Salary
Base salary: $190,000–$237,500 (New York, NY). Compensation reviewed during the interview process.
Position Summary
Establish and lead the Supplier Management and Strategic Sourcing & Procurement strategy for Pernod Ricard North America. Direct the indirect procurement process, develop best practices, collaborate with suppliers, manage spend, drive cost savings, and maintain high service quality.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Develop and implement the Structured Procurement “Way of Working” framework—material portfolio analysis, market and cost analysis, risk management, supplier evaluation, negotiation strategy, and supplier development.
Create and execute an annual Strategic Sourcing Plan for each material category in line with the procurement framework.
Partner with HQ Procurement to leverage regional or global initiatives, collaborate on high‑value bids, and engage category managers.
Identify and prioritize cost‑saving, quality, and process‑improvement opportunities within existing vendor base and explore new vendors.
Lead vendor qualification, score‑card process, legal contract implementation, and maintain ethical supplier standards.
Lead and develop the procurement team, coach performance, and build next‑generation talent.
Communicate effectively at all organizational levels and influence stakeholders.
Manage purchasing policies, procedures, and compliance with Pernod Ricard USA and S.A. standards.
Implement a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program to create continuous improvement and strengthen strategic supplier partnerships.
Nature & Scope
Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, Field Sales, Operations, Logistics, Accounts Payable, IT, HR, Legal, Facilities, Internal Audit, Marketing Accelerator, Finance, and third‑party vendors across all spend categories.
Conduct with honesty, transparency, and ethical conduct in alignment with Pernod Ricard USA standards.
Establish and manage project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
4‑year college degree; master’s preferred.
15+ years of indirect procurement experience, including at least 10 years in POS/VAP purchasing, procurement, or supplier management.
Strong business acumen, problem‑solving, strategy, and execution skills.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving business engagement.
Knowledge of wine, spirits, or related consumer products advantageous.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a record of measurable achievements.
Marketing and general business strategy experience beneficial.
Strong writing, communication, and proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint from day one.
Project management skills to juggle multiple priorities.
Self‑motivated, flexible, and able to add value immediately.
Travel
Travel to vendors and between PRUSA offices in White Plains, NY and NYC. Estimated travel up to 15%.
