Regional Business Manager, Germany Alamar Biosciences, Inc.

Join our rapidly expanding team to drive the commercial strategy within Germany for our innovative precision proteomics platforms. We are passionate about enabling customers to translate scientific discoveries into clinical outcomes and are seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and results‑driven sales leader.

Responsibilities

Build strategic partnerships and develop deep, trusted relationships with leading academic, biotech, pharma, and government organizations in Germany.

Position Alamar’s precision proteomics platforms—NULISA®, NULISAseq™, and ARGO™ HT—as the gold standard for biomarker discovery and translational medicine.

Lead initiatives that expand our commercial footprint, support organizational scale‑up, and consistently achieve or exceed ambitious revenue targets.

Develop and execute a comprehensive territory and account‑based sales plan to achieve and exceed company growth objectives.

Deliver compelling presentations and technical seminars showcasing our platforms, educating and inspiring customers.

Advise customers on the scientific and clinical value of Alamar technologies for biomarker discovery and translational medicine, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Partner cross‑functionally to communicate customer insights that inform future product development and market expansion strategies.

Manage complex sales cycles, driving adoption of cutting‑edge proteomics solutions in academic, biopharma, and clinical research settings.

Proactively prospect and cultivate new leads to expand Alamar’s presence in key therapeutic areas and open new markets.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, leverage CRM tools to track opportunities, manage accounts, and optimize territory performance.

Support the scaling of Alamar’s commercial organization to meet strategic objectives and accelerate market penetration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in life science capital equipment sales, with a track record of exceeding targets in complex, consultative environments.

Deep understanding of biomarker discovery, proteomics workflows, and the broader life sciences market landscape.

Ability to translate scientific value into commercial impact, driving adoption of cutting‑edge technologies in research and clinical settings.

Highly self‑driven, adaptable professional with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Exceptional ability to cultivate long‑term partnerships with academic, biopharma, and government stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.

Strong commercial orientation with experience in territory planning, forecasting, and CRM utilization to optimize sales performance.
