The

Property Marketing Manager

is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that elevate awareness, drive bookings, and promote the unique experiences offered at SCP Hotels. This role will provide support for SCP Hotels’ largest property, Salishan Coastal Lodge by SCP Hotels, as well as the full portfolio of SCP Hotels properties. The position will have an emphasis on marketing coordination, events marketing, local media marketing, and collateral design.

The ideal candidate is a creative, well‑rounded marketer who thrives in a dynamic, mission‑driven environment and can balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing plans to support revenue goals, brand alignment, and guest engagement.

Coordinate and promote events, wellness programming, and special experiences at SCP Hotels.

Lead marketing efforts for on‑property entities at Salishan Coastal Lodge by SCP Hotels – including The Spa at Salishan, Salishan Golf Links, The Attic Bar and Lounge, and Provisions Market, ensuring consistent storytelling and brand integration.

Lead creation of on‑brand digital and print marketing materials, including on‑property collateral, photography, videography, and promotional campaigns.

Partner with the corporate marketing team and external vendors to research and manage local and regional paid partner media campaigns with a focus on full‑funnel coverage.

Collaborate with regional partners, CVBs, and tourism boards to promote properties and events through earned media and community engagement opportunities.

Partner with the corporate marketing team to generate content for property‑level email marketing campaigns to drive guest retention and promote packages, events, memberships, dining, and brand initiatives.

Analyze campaign performance metrics, guest data, and booking trends to elevate learnings in monthly and quarterly reporting and optimize future marketing efforts.

Provide marketing support, guidance, and brand consistency for SCP Hotels as assigned, maintaining alignment with SCP’s overall brand voice and mission.

Serve as a liaison between the property’s operations team and the SCP marketing department to ensure alignment on promotions, guest experiences, and local storytelling.

Requirements

Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brand marketing (hotel/resort experience strongly preferred).

Proven success managing multi‑channel campaigns.

Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for event planning and on‑site management.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting multiple properties or locations.

Familiarity with West Coast tourism markets and Pacific Northwest regional travel trends.

Knowledge of property management systems and hospitality CRMs (e.g., Revinate, Synxis, or similar).

Supervision Reports to the Director of Marketing.

Working Conditions

Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
