What You’ll Do
Develop and innovate cutting‑edge financial solutions – backend with Kotlin/Java or frontend with ReactJS.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to bring products from concept to launch.
Understand customer needs and deliver solutions that resonate with users.
Use data to measure success and identify optimization opportunities.
Who You Are
Experienced system designer with expertise in Kotlin/Java (backend) or ReactJS (frontend).
Empathetic and customer‑focused, creating intuitive products.
Data‑driven, interpreting analytics to improve product performance.
Collaborative, mentoring peers and fostering a learning culture.
Adaptable, continuously learning new technologies.
Proactive, owning projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
