Refugee Resettlement | Case Manager, General
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston is looking for a dedicated individual to manage refugee resettlement programs, ensuring clients achieve independence through orientation, job development, and family reunification.
What you Deliver
Assess client eligibility for program services, complete intakes, and create individualized service plans. Provide services identified on the service plan in a timely manner. Make necessary referrals within and outside the agency as needed, ensuring services are provided in accordance with LEP policy.
Maintain client files, update case notes, and keep the calendar up to date. Ensure all client information and activities are tracked in Client Track and Refugee Management Solution.
Perform other duties as assigned such as outreach, training volunteers and interns, airport pick‑ups, and project assistance.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
One (1) year experience in an administrative setting or with refugee populations
Valid Texas driver’s license
Skills and Assets You Bring

Ability to work with diverse people
Skillful documentation of case notes
Ability to provide group and individual orientations
Confidentiality handling of client information
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
