Be an analytical thought partner to a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers and designers. This includes providing analytical support across the product development lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to analytical deep dives and experimentation. Work cross-functionally to track events in the app, identifying events critical to understanding user behaviour. Provide actionable insights on product strategy to stakeholders, automating decision-making where applicable and providing tools that enable self-service and scalability. Apply statistical and machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, regression, classification) to support segmentation and performance diagnostics. Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, commercially relevant insights and recommendations for decision-makers. Contribute to data quality within the domain, collaborating with Data and Analytics Engineering and other teams to improve data collection and modelling. Create an environment of data-driven planning and execution, considering alternative and creative solutions to performance measurement across product initiatives. Experience we are looking for

Proven experience in Product Data Science/Analytics with demonstrated business impact. Preference for experience on dating/social/gaming tech products or high-data-volume platforms. Strong Python and SQL skills for data manipulation, modelling, and automation. Experience applying ML or statistical methods to real-world problems (e.g., clustering, regression, propensity modelling). Ability to connect analytics to commercial outcomes, focusing on impact, trade-offs, and growth opportunities. Skilled in data visualisation and storytelling using tools such as Looker or Tableau. Excellent communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and translate findings into business language. Collaborative problem-solver with curiosity for understanding how data influences business performance. Comfort operating in ambiguous spaces and helping product teams define hypotheses for optimisation; able to push back when needed. About us
