Security Officer - Utilities Patrol Rounds

What You’ll Do
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior.
Monitor access points and report unusual observations to appropriate personnel.
Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and security‑related occurrences as required by site procedures.
Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and management to support a secure environment.
Follow all Allied Universal and client site protocols to support a secure and orderly location.
Minimum Requirements
At least one year of security‑related experience.
Proof of high school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license (for driving positions only). A consistent driver policy applies.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background investigation in accordance with all applicable laws.
Drug screen as permitted by law.
Consideration for qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws.
