FP&A Analyst – Newly Created Role We are currently recruiting for a growing, multi-location organization in the health and wellness sector located in Buckhead. This newly created FP&A role is the primary finance resource, reporting to senior leadership and driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Must-Haves
FP&A experience (budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management).
Strong Excel and BI tools experience (Power BI preferred).
Ability to prepare 13-week cash flow statements.
Familiarity with QuickBooks and Tableau reporting.
Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Multi‑site business experience – healthcare or retail ideally.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience with automation and process improvement.
Exposure to acquisition‑driven environments.
