About the Role We’re partnered with a well-established commercial general contractor in the Atlanta market that is looking to add an experienced
Superintendent
to their field leadership team.
This role is responsible for managing daily jobsite operations and ensuring projects are built safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to keep work moving efficiently from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing Oversee daily jobsite activities from mobilization through completion Supervise subcontractors and coordinate onsite work Maintain project schedules and hit key milestones Enforce safety standards and conduct daily safety meetings Review drawings and ensure work is installed per plans Coordinate inspections and manage site logistics Track manpower, materials, and equipment Communicate daily progress and issues to the project team Maintain daily reports and jobsite documentation
What They’re Looking For Required
5+ years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent Strong understanding of commercial construction methods Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field crews Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Ground-up and renovation experience Experience in retail, industrial, office, or hospitality projects Procore or similar construction software experience OSHA 30 certification
