We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join a team in Denver, CO. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project plans and specifications, and collaborating with project teams to support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily, commercial, and residential construction projects.
Review and analyze project plans, drawings, and specifications.
Identify and quantify materials, labor, and subcontractor requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates.
Maintain and update historical cost data and estimating databases.
Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed.
Support value engineering and risk analysis to optimize project budgets.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably in multifamily or commercial construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift) is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
