If you are a PMHNP and are looking to add some part‑time hours, Blue Lotus Wellness has opportunities for you! We are looking to fill a Part‑time Licensed Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) role (15‑20 hours/wk) with Blue Lotus Wellness, LLC. This position is W2 and does not provide benefits. There is potential for this role to move into full‑time in the future. Ketamine & Spravato: This part‑time (15‑20hrs) position's focus will be to prescribe, administer, and monitor IM & Sublingual Ketamine as well as Esketamine (Spravato) to clients on‑site. In our Manchester, NH office, this position would be based in Manchester and allows for flexible scheduling. The candidate will have some knowledge of Ketamine and Spravato. This is a W2, fee‑for‑service position. We pair our Ketamine treatment with trained therapists in the practice for deeper therapeutic integration work and collaborative care. New PMHNP grads are welcome to apply (must have your NH license already). An ideal candidate would have an interest in alternative & integrative healing. Responsibilities
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for clients
Prescribe, manage, and observe Spravato or Ketamine treatment
Provide psychoeducation to clients and families about Spravato/Ketamine options, risks, benefits, and alternatives
Collaborate with therapists and other providers to ensure integrated, coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Monitor for medication interactions, adherence, and client progress
Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and collaboration
Respond to urgent client needs (NO on‑call hours), medication refill requests, and treatment updates as appropriate
Stay current on best practices, emerging medications, and continuing education
Work with practice management on the creation of new programs/services
Participate in self‑promotion/marketing to help increase the client base
Qualifications
You are a psychiatric nurse practitioner/PMHNP, board‑licensed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to trauma‑informed and culturally responsive care
Experience working in outpatient mental health settings preferred
Technologically capable
Certified in BLS/CPR
You have your DEA registration in NH
You hold your own Malpractice Insurance
Maintain your own PsychologyToday profile
Able to work independently, self‑directed, as well as with a team
Compensation $105,000 – $120,000 per year
