Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive optometric examinations and eye care services to patients.
Utilize Clarifye digital eye examination technology and Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System as part of patient assessment.
Manage patient appointments, maintain accurate patient records, and participate in patient recall processes.
Adhere to professional autonomy, operating within the scope of practice agreed upon with the Subleasing Doctor.
Collaborate with the LensCrafters optical dispensary to ensure seamless patient experience.
Qualifications • Doctor of Optometry (D.O.) degree. • Membership in a licensed state or registration to practice optometry in Kentucky. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a Subleasing Doctor. • Strong commitment to patient care and client service.
