Seat Description Loudr is searching for a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our team. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and post‑production tasks to create compelling and engaging video content that aligns with our clients' objectives and creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

Report to the Video Production Manager.

Video & Post‑Production Editing (brand visuals, voice, & narrative): review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list; perform advanced‑level video editing tasks; apply advanced color‑correction, audio enhancements, and visual effects; ensure the final edit aligns with the creative vision and objectives established by stakeholders; manage multiple projects simultaneously; communicate project status and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Project-Based Logging, Media Management, Rendering, Exporting & Delivery: log and organize video footage and other media assets; render and export edited videos in various formats; coordinate with production teams for timely delivery.

Advanced Color Grading and Visual FX: perform advanced color grading and correction; enhance visual consistency; ensure colors represent brand identity; utilize advanced visual effects, transitions, motion graphics, and titles.

Quality Control & Review: conduct quality control checks; review edits with senior team members to solicit feedback; ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards; collaborate with producers and directors to communicate the intended message.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship: provide guidance and mentorship to the Assembly Video Editor; supervise the assembly editing process; collaborate with senior editors and producers; coordinate with other team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3 years of experience in video editing (this is not a junior position).

Bachelor's degree in film or video production or a related field is preferred.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in storytelling, motion graphics design, animation and video production. 3D animation and graphic design work is a plus.

Proficient in video editing and motion graphics software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, and Cinema 4D.

Advanced knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred.

Strong knowledge of video production equipment and the pre‑production process.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Agency experience or a background in marketing and/or advertising is preferred but not required.
