Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in tasks related to overall store operation, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
