Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and experienced
Director of Total Rewards
to lead the development and execution of our global compensation and benefits programs. This role will oversee all aspects of total rewards, including base and variable compensation, equity, benefits, and wellness programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives. The ideal candidate brings expertise in global total rewards and a passion for building and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the global Total Rewards function, managing a team of compensation and benefits professionals.
Design and implement scalable, market-competitive compensation structures and incentive programs that support global talent acquisition and retention.
Oversee the development and administration of global benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with employee needs.
Drive the annual compensation planning process, including merit, bonus, and equity cycles, in partnership with Finance and Talent Business Partners.
Provide strategic counsel on compensation philosophy, pay equity, and total rewards trends.
Conduct global market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive positioning and internal equity.
Develop and implement retail and sales compensation programs, including commission structures, SPIFFs, and performance-based incentives that drive business outcomes.
Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits globally.
Partner with Finance, Legal, business leaders, and other areas of Talent to align total rewards strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or CCP certification preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, with at least 8 years in a leadership role managing global programs and teams.
Proven experience designing and managing compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries and regions.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Experience with HRIS systems and compensation tools (e.g., Workday, Marketpay, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to lead through change and scale programs in high‑growth or global environments.
