Overview
We’re seeking a Product Engineer who blends technical excellence with a strong eye for product. In this role, you will own major features across the customer‑facing portal—turning complex security data into AI‑native, intuitive experiences that help analysts make rapid, correct decisions. You’ll work across React / TypeScript, Python / Go, and partner with PM, design, security, and AI/ML teams. This role is ideal for an engineer who loves shipping quickly, owning full features end‑to‑end, and working in a fast‑paced startup environment. Responsibilities
Ship core product features end‑to‑end—from React components and design‑system primitives to performant Python/Go services and APIs Optimize performance and responsiveness for large security datasets Apply product thinking: define why features matter, how they support vision, and how success should be measured Advocate for and leverage AI‑powered engineering practices (AI terminals, agentic workflows, etc.) Partner with security engineers to integrate deep technical insights Work with product + design to create intuitive user experiences Join forces with AI/ML researchers to build advanced AI‑native cybersecurity capabilities Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Proven experience building, shipping, and maintaining full‑stack, user‑facing products at scale Expertise in modern front‑end technologies: React, TypeScript, CSS Proficiency in backend development using Python and/or Go Familiarity with relational + NoSQL databases Experience working with AWS, GCP, or Azure Strong product intuition: ability to empathize with users and make design tradeoffs Excellent collaboration + communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non‑engineers Ability to work onsite in Brooklyn, NY Preferred Qualifications
Deep experience with large‑scale performance optimization (virtualization, caching, selective re‑rendering, code splitting) Experience evolving or building design systems Strong track record in startup environments—high autonomy, rapid iteration Experience working with AI technologies, agentic systems, or AI‑assisted development workflows Compensation
Base Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 (commensurate with level) Competitive equity package Additional Job Application Terms
