Responsibilities

Engage with leads via phone, email, chat, or text to schedule appointments

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and highlight key features and benefits

Enter customer information into the CRM to ensure accurate follow‑up

Use the CRM for all customer interactions, keeping BDC staff updated on status

Utilize CRM retention tools to engage potential buyers and solicit business

Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships

Conduct business through various channels including email, phone, and in‑person appointments

Collaborate with management to finalize sales, secure financing, and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Proven customer service experience, including strong CSI performance

Prior automotive sales experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong follow‑through and multi‑tasking abilitiesSelf‑motivated team player with a positive, can‑do attitude

Job Details Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
