Associate Manager, Commercial Marketing – RTD
Women of the Vine & Spirits (Suntory Global Spirits) is seeking an Associate Manager for our RTD brands, based in Chicago, IL or New York, NY.

Role Responsibilities
Lead the development and deployment of national marketing programs and assets for our RTD brands, driving business performance in the marketplace.
Collaborate with stakeholders across national and regional teams to build successful tools leveraged in market.
Assist in creating marketing tools and processes that improve organizational efficiency.
Develop commercially viable strategic BTL programs for on‑premise and off‑premise that drive growth.
Evolve and prioritize marketing program and asset development while influencing improvement and change within the organization.
Communicate regularly with and present to Commercial Marketing, Brand Marketing, Innovation, and RTD Leadership teams.
Interact closely with key business functions (Brand Marketing, Innovation, Regional Marketing, US Sales, National Accounts, eCommerce, Finance, Supply Chain) to align brand category initiatives.
Qualifications
4‑5 years of experience in Marketing or Field Marketing, preferably with Brand, Regional, and Commercial Sales connectivity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing (Master’s preferred); MBA preferred.
Extensive commercial experience in Beer, Flavored Malt Beverages, and/or RTD.
Industry experience in Consumer Brand Experience or Alcoholic Beverages strongly preferred.
Proven track record of agency management, cross‑functional program development, deadline management, strategic thinking, budget management, and attention to detail.
Compensation Salary Range: $95,000–$103,000, along with an annual bonus, 401(k) match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with location, experience, and skill set.
