Save Job

Director of Content Production & Strategy Assisted Living Mansion is the leading luxury assisted‑living mansion development brand in the U.S. We are scaling from ~30 new partners per year to 50 in 2026 — 100% organically. Every lead and signed partner comes from content — and it’s because every video we publish must reflect excellence. That’s a core value here. Our content isn’t just better than anything else in senior housing; it sets the bar for the entire industry.

We need one world‑class producer/strategist who will live in the Georgetown area and own the entire content engine — from camera to final post.

This Role in One Sentence You are the on‑the‑ground commander of every frame‑perfect video, the leader of our offshore editing team, and the co‑brain on what we should film and how we should tell the story in 2026 and beyond.

You Will Own (the entire content system — taking the 2025 structure below and scaling it 3× across daily production, live shows, and multi‑platform distribution) Filming & Production

Run the weekly Assisted Living Investing podcast shoot (in‑studio, 3‑camera, perfect audio/lighting)

Oversee or personally film all 4 weekly coaching calls

Produce the monthly live webinar (multi‑cam, pro broadcast look)

Produce every New Partner Orientation (6–8 mid‑week 1.5‑day events per year in Georgetown — you’re the director on site)

Travel with Brett 6‑8 times per year to film his keynote + booth at major RE investor / assisted‑living conferences

Launch and run weekly live daily‑style shows on YouTube — produced once per week with a high‑quality, broadcast‑level look

Capture daily content with CEO and partners: on‑site footage, stories, short‑form hooks, walk‑and‑talks, testimonial clips, behind‑the‑scenes, and continuous evergreen library building

Team & Post‑Production

Directly manage 3–4 full‑time offshore VA editors (daily stand‑ups, backlog, feedback, training)

Serve as the final quality gate on every frame: color, audio, pacing, captions, hooks

Turn 1 podcast into 1 long YouTube video + 5–7 Shorts

Turn every New Partner Orientation into 50–100 social clips + a YouTube recap

Maintain and upgrade the Georgetown, Texas podcast studio and all production gear

Build a daily editing workflow capable of producing 15–25 pieces of content per day across platforms

Ensure excellence at scale through templates, tight quality control, rapid iteration, and brand standards

Strategy & Distribution

You will steer the entire content direction and scale output beyond the 2025 benchmarks.

2025 baseline output (for reference):

→ 1 long‑form YouTube per week

→ 5 Shorts per week

→ 3–5 Instagram posts/Reels per week

→ 3–5 Facebook posts per week

→ 3–5 TikToks per week

Your Role Is To:

Scale these 2025 KPIs significantly — increasing volume, consistency, and cross‑platform reach

Build a multi‑platform posting system that delivers multiple posts per day, every day; launch and produce a live daily show once per week on YouTube with broadcast‑level quality

Develop recurring show formats, mini‑series, and high‑impact content franchises

Create plug‑and‑play content templates for partners

Track performance, retention, and lead attribution to optimize content for organic partner signings

You Are Very Likely the Right Person If

You live in (or will relocate to) the Georgetown / North Austin area

You have 5+ years running production + social strategy for a brand (real estate, healthcare, luxury, or high‑ticket coaching preferred)

You’ve personally shot, lit, and directed multi‑cam shoots that look like $10k+ productions on a $2k budget

You have managed and scaled offshore editing teams before

You are equally comfortable brainstorming a 12‑part documentary series and fixing a lav mic in 30 seconds

You obsess over the first 3 seconds of every video
